Agnes Carlowicz joined the Carol Mann Agency as assistant to Carol Mann in late 2017. She previously worked at the David Black Agency as Joy Tutela’s assistant, while completing her English B.A. with a Creative Writing concentration from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York.
Her interests include both fiction and non-fiction, with a special passion for literature that amplifies underrepresented voices and subverts the status quo. Among others, she enjoys: intersectional feminism, millennial self-care, female-driven memoir, true-crime, literary and YA fiction, and humorous pop culture. When she isn’t reading or writing, she can be found training for ballroom dance competitions and gluing rhinestones to her costume, dog-walking across the five boroughs of NYC, or staying up way too late listening to podcasts (current obsession: "My Favorite Murder").
